We are based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. We currently only ship domestically within the contiguous US.
Business Hours: 10am - 5pm MST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Local Delivery
FREE Local Delivery! If you live within a 10 mile radius of zip code 80919, you’re welcome to choose Local Delivery at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready and be contacted with information regarding order delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about what you bring into your home.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in original condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Final sale items can’t be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. There is a $12.00 flat rate return shipping fee. No restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll take care of it promptly.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours, as long as they haven’t shipped. After shipment, cancellations aren’t possible.
